Job summary

Impact Food Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Area Managers across a portfolio of multi-site school contracts. The role is field-based and requires travel between sites to uphold exceptional food, service and operational standards.

You will drive performance, develop teams, and ensure Dolce standards are met while delivering strong financial results. A UK driving license is essential and willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing others in a leadership role.
• Experience across multiple sites and schools is essential.
• Excellent communication and IT literacy required; driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for Area Managers' portfolios across multi-client, multi-site contracts.
• Ensure all schools in region meet Dolce standards and perform well.
• Achieve financial targets, maintain high-quality operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Inspire and support Area Managers to deliver first-class service and high staff engagement.
• Maintain effective communication between Dolce and all schools at all times.
• Carry out regular quality audits and kitchen checks per Dolce protocols.
• Ensure Area Managers know menu details and can train staff accordingly.
• Report to the Regional Operations Director.
