Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Roofing & Cladding Systems covering the South East. You will promote insulated composite panels to roofing & cladding contractors, main contractors, architects and distributors, blending new business with account management.

The role offers a base salary of £60,000–£65,000, negotiable, plus a 33% bonus and a company car or £550 car allowance, with potential project values up to £1m+.

Qualifications

• Must have field sales experience in roofing, cladding, insulated panels or building envelope systems.
• Must have sold to roofing & cladding contractors, distributors or specifiers.
• IT literate and able to use standard business tools.

Responsibilities

• Field sales position promoting a manufactured range of insulated composite panels.
• Time spent with roofing & cladding contractors, main contractors, architects, specifiers and distributors.
• Strong blend of new business development and account management.
• Track projects from early design stages through to order placement.
• Work closely with estimating, technical and customer service teams.
• Average order values can range up to £1m+.
