Area Sales Manager (Automation) - UK, Homebased - £55k (Exclusive)

About the Company:

The company is a global manufacturer of factory automation solutions, helping customers across various industries. The candidate should ideally have experience selling automation solutions (Machine vision, sensors).

About the Role:

The Area Sales Manager will develop relationships with new and existing customers such as OEMs and Machine builders across industries like Food & Beverage, FMCG, Packaging, End of Line machinery, Pharmaceuticals, Utilities, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a South UK external sales team and develop new accounts within the region.
  • Focus on developing business with new and existing End Users, OEMs, and distribution partners.
  • Target industries include Factory Manufacturing - Packaging, Food and Beverage, Intralogistics, Life-Sciences, Utilities, and Automotive.
  • The candidate should have a strong automation background and leadership experience.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Engineering, or Consulting. Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
