Area Sales Manager (Automation) - UK Homebased - £55k (Exclusive)

About the Company:

The company are a global manufacturer of factory automation solutions, helping customers across a wide range of industries. The candidate will have ideally sold automation solutions (Machine vision, sensors).

About the Role:

The Area Sales Manager role will involve developing relationships with new and existing customers such as OEM/ Machine builders across a varied range of industries - Food & Bev, FMCG, Packaging, End of Line machinery, Pharmaceuticals, Utilities, Etc.

Responsibilities:.

  • The parson will be managing a sales South UK external sales team whilst managing and developing new accounts within their region.
  • There is a company wide focus on developing business with new and existing End Users, OEMs and distribution partners.
  • Focus across Factory Manufacturing industries - Packaging, Food and Beverage, Intralogistics, Life-Sciences, Utilities and Automotive.
  • The successful candidate would need a strong automation background and leadership experience.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Sales, Engineering, or Consulting. Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.

Required Skills:

Analytical mindset, team player, strong leadership skills, cross-functional collaboration.
