Job summary

Proclinical is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Cryo Nerve Block, to partner with cardiac and thoracic surgical teams. You will train surgeons, train staff, and provide OR support while covering parts of West London up to Oxford.

A strong clinical and sales background is essential to drive growth and relationships in hospitals. The role requires excellent relationship management, strategic planning, and willingness to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Specific knowledge and selling experience related to cardiac and thoracic fields is highly preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in Neuromodulation is advantageous.
• Must have track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Strong clinical and technical aptitude is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to travel up to 80% depending on territory size, location and maturity.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and execute a strategic sales plan for the designated territory to achieve targets.
• Identify new customers, contacts and opportunities.
• Provide clinical support during follow-up patient care as required.
• Increase penetration within existing accounts and grow the base business.
• Collaborate with Area Director to meet corporate sales goals.
• Coordinate with marketing to relay industry news and trends.
• Attend industry trade shows and events as needed.
• Manage territory and track customer activity.
• Understand requirements to obtain access to hospitals and healthcare sites.

The Regional Sales Manager, Cryo Nerve Block is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing direct business sales in cardiac/thoracic operating and related departments within hospitals. This role must be able to train and support the surgeon and their staff in various procedures and provide support in the O.R. and during follow-up patient care as required. This position requires excellent relationship management, teamwork, and strategic planning.

Please note: The role will cover parts of West London up until Oxford.

What will you be doing:

• Develop, implement, and execute a strategic sales plan for designated territory to achieve assigned targets
• Continually identify new customers, contacts, and opportunities
• Provide clinical support and during follow-up patient care as required.
• Increase penetration and adoption within existing accounts to build upon and grow the base business
• Work closely with the Area Director to implement and execute strategies to achieve corporate sales goals
• Work with marketing to share industry news and trends and receive feedback of the same
• Attend industry trade shows and events as needed
• Manage your territory and track customer activity
• Responsible for understanding and satisfying the requirements for obtaining access to a hospital, healthcare system, or other client site
• Used to work inside the OR environment
