Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is hiring a Regional Sales Manager, Cryo Nerve Block to drive direct hospital sales in cardiothoracic settings. You will train surgeons and staff, support OR procedures, and manage follow-up care while maintaining strong relationships with health systems.

The role demands a proven sales record, clinical/technical aptitude, and 80% travel. English fluency is required, with a focus on building partnerships across operating rooms and perioperative teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Cardiac/thoracic selling experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge or experience in Neuromodulation is advantageous.
• Must have a successful track record with sales quota achievement.
• Strong clinical and technical aptitude is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
• Ability to travel up to 80% depending on territory size and maturity.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute a strategic sales plan for the designated territory to hit targets.
• Continually identify new customers, contacts, and opportunities.
• Provide clinical support during follow-up patient care as required.
• Increase penetration and adoption within existing accounts to grow the base business.
• Collaborate with Area Director to meet corporate sales goals.
• Coordinate with marketing to share industry news and trends and provide feedback.
• Attend industry trade shows and events as needed.
• Manage territory and track customer activity.
• Understand access requirements for hospitals and health systems.
• Experience in OR environments.
