Regional Sales Manager - Amenity Sector - South East (Remote)- £40,000 – £45,000 + Commission + Car Allowance

The Job:
A leading supplier of chemicals, fertilisers, and turf care products is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop and manage business across the amenity sector in the South East of England. This remote-based position offers an exciting mix of new business development and account management, selling into golf courses, sports clubs, and grounds maintenance organisations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving new business growth across the region
- Managing and nurturing a portfolio of existing clients
- Promoting and selling a wide range of chemical, fertiliser, and specialist turf care products
- Providing tailored technical advice and product recommendations
- Meeting sales targets while reporting on market trends, pipeline activity, and competitor developments
- Collaborating with internal teams on product development and customer support
- Attending trade shows, events, and occasional meetings at head office in the Midlands

The Candidate:

- Proven track record in sales within chemicals, fertilisers, turf care, or related sectors
- Background in the amenity, golf, sports turf, or grounds maintenance industries is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of managing a field-based workload independently
- Willing to travel regularly across the South East region
- Full UK driving licence required

The Package:

- £40,000 – £45,000 basic salary (DOE)
