Position Summary:

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and grow sales across the Northeast U.S., including New England, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. This role includes managing a team of 7–10 professionals, driving revenue growth, and leading strategic initiatives across direct sales, reps, and distribution channels. It’s an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader looking to make a measurable impact and grow into a future Director-level position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the regional sales strategy targeting $15M–$20M in annual revenue.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a results-driven and collaborative culture.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to drive growth via multi-channel sales (direct, reps, and distributors).
  • Expand relationships with OEMs, machine builders, system integrators, and end-users.
  • Travel up to 50% to visit customers and team members across the region.
  • Provide performance metrics and insights to support continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the industrial automation, motion control, or manufacturing space.
  • Proven track record of leading successful sales teams with quantifiable achievements.
  • Experience in multi-channel sales strategies, including distributor and rep networks.
  • Comfortable managing complex sales cycles and building strategic customer relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
