Job summary

TBC Conversions, a leading UK mobility solutions provider, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive GB sales for minibus and WAV divisions from Dungannon. You will lead strategic sales, grow key partnerships and expand the customer base across authorities, care providers and leasing firms.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the role requires 5+ years in sales, tender expertise, and a proven track record of meeting targets, with willingness to travel across GB.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years progressive sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in automotive, mobility or related technical sales.
• Strong tender process knowledge and framework familiarity.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with data-driven insights.
• CRM software proficiency and MS Office suite.
• Full UK driving licence; willing to travel across GB.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a GB sales strategy for minibus and WAV divisions.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand market share across GB.
• Analyse sales data and trends to inform decisions.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast, and KPI reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
• Ensure inclusion on relevant frameworks and platforms.
