Are you a driven sales professional with a technical background, ready to take your career to the next level? A market-leading company specializing in steelwork connection solutions is looking for a Regional Sales Engineer to cover Northern Europe (Scandinavia, Benelux and some Baltic states).

About the Role

As a Regional Sales Engineer, you will drive market growth by working with distributors, engineering firms, and contractors to increase specification sales. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with engineers, project managers, and specifiers to secure product specifications
  • Managing and expanding the Northern European distributor network
  • Identifying new market opportunities and building key relationships
  • Providing technical expertise and training to partners and customers

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Additional regional languages are a bonus
  • Experience in specification sales, construction, or engineering
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel across the region (c.40% international)
