Regional Sales & Education Manager – Northwest, Northeast, and Scotland (Manchester Based)
As Regional Sales & Education Manager, you will work closely with the Commercial Director - EMEA to support sales and education across our key accounts. Your responsibilities include achieving regional KPIs such as sales targets, education, and training strategies, while managing and nurturing your team to become results-driven and the best in the business.
As a leader, you should be assertive, confident, yet approachable. Demonstrating strong planning, organisational skills, and personnel management is essential, along with the ability to implement new processes. Leading by example with a hands-on and positive attitude is a must.
