Regional Sales & Education Manager – Northwest, Northeast, and Scotland (Manchester Based)

Role Description

As Regional Sales & Education Manager, you will work closely with the Commercial Director - EMEA to support sales and education across our key accounts. Your responsibilities include achieving regional KPIs such as sales targets, education, and training strategies, while managing and nurturing your team to become results-driven and the best in the business.

As a leader, you should be assertive, confident, yet approachable. Demonstrating strong planning, organisational skills, and personnel management is essential, along with the ability to implement new processes. Leading by example with a hands-on and positive attitude is a must.

Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Outline a comprehensive recruiting and training programme for the region.
  2. Prioritise in-store performance issues to address those most impacting sales.
  3. Coach and develop team members to inspire regional success.
  4. Analyse regional market trends to discover new growth opportunities.
  5. Suggest new services and innovative sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
  6. Manage all training and education needs across the region.
  7. Organise and execute all training and educational initiatives for the team.
  8. Support the business by organising and executing national training sessions and events.
  9. Propose and implement new training and education strategies as needed.
  10. Ensure correct merchandising across the region and manage updates to meet Pixi standards.
  11. Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams to maximise growth opportunities within retailers.
  12. Present sales forecasts and action plans for teams and individual stores.
  13. Build strong relationships with Pixi team members and in-store staff at all levels.
  14. Work closely with the Commercial Director – EMEA to ensure retailers and the Pixi team have the necessary tools for success.
  15. Review regional expenses and recommend improvements.
  16. Act as a brand ambassador, leading by example.
  17. Support the overall business as required.
