As a Lidl Recruitment Officer, you’ll find the right people for the right roles across our Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, Property and HR departments. From driving brand awareness at recruitment events to supporting the Regional Recruitment Manager with directly sourcing candidates, you’ll develop your resourcing experience and nurture your recruitment skills in a supportive team. You’ll enjoy an extremely fast-paced role where you’ll see the impact of what you do every day, inspiring others to find their perfect job and take their next steps forward.
