We’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy recruiter to join Altrad and drive hiring across our operational workforce. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and know how to fill roles quickly without cutting corners, this is your next move.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to plan for future hiring needs
• Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices
• Own high-volume recruitment for skilled trades and site-based roles
• Keep the pipeline full and moving from CV to start date
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies
• Thrive in a dynamic workplace with shifting priorities

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience recruiting for blue-collar or industrial roles
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., I-Trent or Eploy)
Ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities without breaking a sweat
A passion for connecting great people with great opportunities
