Job summary

Randstad Technologies is seeking a Performance Specialist to join the Regional Planning & Optimisation team. You will monitor radio network KPIs, investigate customer issues, and drive improvements to ensure top-tier network performance and a great subscriber experience.

Responsibilities include RF tuning, incident management, data-driven analysis, and collaboration with operators and service providers to resolve faults effectively.

Qualifications

• RAN optimization and performance expertise required.
• Hands-on experience with Huawei/Ericsson/Nokia performance counters and RAN diagnostics.
• Experience working in a live telecom operations environment.
• Strong data analysis to support decision making and RCA.
• Clear written and verbal communication for stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network KPI metrics regionally and at cell level to identify anomalies.
• Investigate customer network issues and implement remediation actions including RF tuning and incident management.
• Provide feedback to AI/data systems to improve anomaly detection and RCA recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations and managed service providers to resolve faults impacting performance.
• Utilize advanced data analytics to build evidence packs and drive improvements.
• Share knowledge and support development of less experienced team members.
