Phenna Group is seeking a Regional Quality Supervisor/Manager to lead ISO/IEC 17025 compliance across laboratories and site testing teams in the Doncaster region. You’ll work with the Group Quality Manager to ensure technically sound testing and an excellent client-ready standard.

The role combines quality system management with hands-on support for staff, coaching across multiple locations, and driving continuous improvement in quality performance.

Competenze

• Experience in a laboratory environment with ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and UKAS compliance.
• Experience planning internal audits and managing corrective actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain quality policies and procedures to ISO/IEC 17025 and UKAS.
• Act as regional contact for UKAS assessments and lead responses to findings.
• Support extension to scope and new test methods with verifications.
• Manage nonconformities and corrective actions through root cause analysis.
• Plan and perform internal audits across laboratories and sites.
• Oversee proficiency testing and inter-lab comparisons with QC checks.
