We are working with a fast-growing contractor to develop their new Quality team. They focus on construction build projects, including major residential high-rise, public service projects (hospital construction and renovation, schools), Data Centres (CSA and M&E), and more.

With over £1 billion in annual turnover and billions in the order book, this business is expanding rapidly. They are now looking to strengthen their Quality team with 5-6 new positions.

This role is based in their Southern region (Birmingham and below), working across multiple projects. You will collaborate with site-based Quality members and Project Leads to ensure compliance with Quality principles, QPs, ITPs, and RAMS.

You will be responsible for ensuring the company's IMS is adhered to and updated in a timely manner, while training and coaching team members as needed.

Ideal candidates will have experience working within regional businesses of major infrastructure contractors, be fully conversant with ISO standards, and understand on-site challenges. The goal is to achieve zero NCRs by project completion.
