We are working with a fast-growing contractor to develop their new Quality team. They focus on construction build projects, with main sectors including major residential high-rise, public service projects (hospital construction and renovation, schools), Data Centres (CSA and M&E), and more.

The company has an annual turnover of over £1 billion and billions in the order book. As the business continues to grow, they are looking to strengthen their Quality offering with 5-6 new positions.

This role is based in their Southern region (Birmingham and below), working across multiple projects. You will collaborate with site-based Quality members and project leads to ensure adherence to quality principles, including QP's, ITP's, and RAMS.

You will be responsible for ensuring the company's IMS is followed and updated promptly, while also training and coaching team members as needed.

Ideal candidates will have experience working across regional businesses within major infrastructure contractors, be fully conversant with ISO standards, and understand onsite challenges. The mindset should be to aim for zero NCRs by project completion.
