Job summary

Selwood Ltd is seeking a Regional Account Manager to support customers across Bridgend and wider Wales. Base in South Wales with travel to North and Mid Wales as required, managing local accounts and major projects while building strong internal relationships.

The role emphasizes site surveys, pricing, quotation ownership and a strong sales-driven approach, with full UK driving licence and the ability to develop pump hire business across the region. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales.
• History of delivering new accounts and growing existing ones.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Full UK driving licence with 6 points or less.
• Self-motivated with time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site surveys within the remit of the Regional Account Manager role and produce risk assessments and method statements.
• Produce job prices for pumping equipment installations.
• Own all quotations and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the pump range and services offered.
• Demonstrate good commercial awareness and drive for results.
