Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Project Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of retrofit projects within a designated region in the UK. You will focus on cost reporting, CVR production, and managing subcontractor packages to maximise profitability while maintaining service standards.

In this role you will own approximately £3 million of annual retrofit works, liaising with clients and operational teams to drive value, ensure contractual compliance, and manage commercial risk across a regional

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Managing CVRs, cost reporting, budgets and forecasts.
• Monitoring project costs and identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
• Procuring and managing subcontractor packages.
• Processing valuations, payments and final accounts.
• Supporting client meetings and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
• Ensuring contractual compliance and commercial control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborating with operational teams to drive contract performance and profitability.
