Job summary

Enitial, proudly part of the HSL Compliance Group, is seeking a Project Coordinator to act as the operational engine for the South Utilities region. You will own resource planning, route scheduling and contract administration, connecting field technicians, the regional Project Manager, and water utility clients.

This fast-paced role balances pre-planned environmental monitoring visits with reactive client demands.

Qualifications

• Experience as a scheduler/dispatcher or operations coordinator using planning/logistical software.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities with coordination skills.
• Understanding of contract delivery and its commercial impact.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities with clients and field crews.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and manage regional field schedules using planning software, optimise technician routes.
• Coordinate regional resource allocation and coverage for holidays, sickness and absences.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between regional management, water utility clients and field technicians.
