East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead Estates and Facilities procurement across the One Lancashire and South Cumbria shared service. This role supports a regional portfolio and delivers value for money with strong regulatory compliance.

You will work with stakeholders at all levels, drive savings, ensure governance, and mentor staff within the procurement team, contributing to strategic procurement and service improvement across Lancashire and South Cumbria.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex Estates and Facilities procurement projects.
• Strong focus on delivering value for money while ensuring legal compliance.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple NHS Trusts and locations and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value Estates and Facilities procurement projects.
• Deliver savings, efficiencies and value-for-money outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end procurement cycle: market analysis, supplier engagement, tenders, evaluation and contract award.
• Ensure successful mobilisation and contract performance.
• Build strong relationships with Estates and Facilities stakeholders region-wide.
• Ensure compliance with procurement legislation and governance.
• Supervise, support and develop staff across the category.
• Contribute to category strategies and collaborative programmes.
• Monitor performance, savings delivery and procurement outcomes.
