We are seeking an experienced and motivated Procurement Manager to lead a range of complex Estates and Facilities procurement projects across our partner NHS organisations.
The focus will be on supporting customers to deliver value for money on projects while ensuring legal compliance. As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will:
Work within the Procurement team to deliver the procurement strategy and achieve service objectives , including:
Savings and efficiency targets
Compliance with procurement regulations
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to present the procurement function as a progressive and responsive team that drives innovation and system improvement.
Lead strategic procurement projects, ensuring value for money and promoting an integrated approach.
Provide professional advice on procurement processes, including compliance with UK law and regulations such as Public Contract Regulations 2015, Procurement Act 2023 as well as the Provider Selection Regime.

Working with the Senior Procurement Manager, as the Procurement Manager for the Estates and Facilities category, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value and complex procurement projects that support the delivery of safe, effective, and efficient Estates and Facilities services across the region.
You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver procurement solutions in line with service need, achieve significant savings and efficiencies, manage supplier relationships, and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
