Ormiston Academies Trust (OAT) is seeking a Regional Commercial Procurement Manager to join our Procurement team, owning a varied portfolio of tenders from design through to contract commencement and building trusted relationships with schools, suppliers and stakeholders.

You will deliver end-to-end business partnering across our regional academy customer base, develop commercial strategies with academies and central teams, run compliant tender processes and ensure contracts are set up for

Qualifications

• MCIPS qualified (or equivalent) and degree-educated or highly experienced at senior category/procurement manager level.
• Track record of managing complex, concurrent tenders.
• Strong grounding in PCR2015/PA2023 and procurement regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead tenders from design through to contract commencement with schools, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Deliver end-to-end business partnering across a large academy customer base.
• Develop commercial strategies with academies and central teams.
• Run compliant and competitive tender processes and ensure contracts are set up for success from day one.
• Provide assurance to Head of Commercial Procurement, National Leadership Group and Trustees on value for money and compliance.
