Job summary

Oundle School is seeking a skilled procurement professional to deliver high-quality Procurement, Commercial and Contract Management services within the Finance team. You will lead procurement, supplier management and commercial processes, advising the Director of Finance and leadership team, with accountability from tender through to BAU handover.

The role is 52 weeks per year, part-time 20-24 hours per week, with interview-stage discussions on specific days and times.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procurement, Supplier Management & Commercial processes within the Finance team.
• Advise the Director of Finance and Leadership Team on commercial aspects.
• Oversee Tender Management, Contract Award, Mobilisation and handover to BAU.
