Responsabilidades

• Carrying out routine maintenance, repairs and inspections across academy sites.
• Ensuring buildings, grounds and facilities remain safe, clean and well-presented.
• Identifying maintenance issues and coordinating specialist support where required.
• Managing site security, including opening and closing procedures where required.
• Liaising with contractors and monitoring work carried out on site.
• Maintaining accurate premises, compliance and maintenance records.
• Providing operational support for academy events, activities and lettings.
• Monitoring heating, lighting and building systems.
• Identifying opportunities to improve energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Helping create comfortable and effective learning environments for students and staff.
• Collaborating with academy staff, Trust colleagues and external contractors.
• Sharing best practice across schools and supporting colleagues within the regional premises team.
• Responding flexibly to the needs of both the local school cluster and the wider Trust.
• Supporting the academy's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
