Bimplus seeks a Project Management Director to lead the Birmingham operation and drive growth across the Midlands. The role leverages an established Bristol network to win opportunities and shape a high-performance project management team.

Qualifications

• Established client network across Birmingham and the Midlands.
• Proven ability to win project management consultancy work.
• Significant consultancy-side project management experience.
• Director or senior leadership experience.
• Experience across residential, commercial, hotels, mixed-use or similar property sectors.
• Strong developer, investor and built environment relationships.
• Experience recruiting, managing and developing professional teams.
• Relevant construction, property or project management degree.
• MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong commercial awareness and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Initially focus on business development to generate and convert opportunities.
• Help shape Birmingham operation and recruit for growth.
• Influence target sectors, clients, recruitment and regional growth strategy.
• Strengthen the consultancy's profile in Birmingham and build long-term relationships with developers and investors.
