Job summary

Insight is seeking a Regional Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations across EMEA, ensuring compliance and governance while driving efficiency. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, vendors, and our Global Payroll team to deliver accurate payroll services for 15+ countries and 3,000 teammates.

The role demands significant experience in multi-country payroll, leadership of payroll teams, and strong knowledge of GDPR, tax, and social security.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex, multi-country payroll operations.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing payroll teams.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll legislation, tax, social security, pensions, and statutory benefits.
• Advanced Excel and enterprise payroll platforms experience (ADP, Workday).
• Proactive with automation and AI to improve processes.
• Degree-level education or professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations across multiple countries, currencies, legal entities.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and GDPR.
• Manage payroll vendors and external advisors.
• Partner with HR and Finance on pay transparency and equity.
• Support month-end payroll reporting and governance.
• Drive automation and process improvements.
