Job summary

Axis CLC Group is seeking an experienced Partnership/Business Development Manager to own a regional portfolio across the North. Based from our Newcastle office with hybrid working, you will develop a high-quality pipeline, build senior client relationships and convert opportunities into profitable work.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in business development, partnerships or account growth within social housing, property maintenance, construction or FM.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills at all levels.
• CRM discipline across leading platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics).
• Full UK driving licence; regional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Map stakeholders and decision-makers; build multi-level client relationships across asset, repairs, sustainability and procurement.
• Drive pre-tender engagement and secure framework positions.
• Manage pipeline from early engagement to award and ensure priorities focus on winable opportunities.
• Shape solutions with Ops and Commercial, including scope, programme and risk.
• Lead capture plans, value propositions, case studies and win themes.
• Support pricing strategy and contract mechanisms.
