Job summary

Access Creative College in Nottingham is seeking an Outreach and Events Manager to connect our creative programmes with the next generation. You will drive regional partnerships, design targeted outreach, and deliver inspiring assemblies and workshops across Nottinghamshire and nationally.

Embrace strategic relationship-building, data-driven lead generation, and end-to-end event execution while acting as an ambassador for creative education and student growth.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience in outreach, events or community engagement.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Strategic outreach and regional partnerships across Nottinghamshire and beyond.
• Design and evaluate outreach strategies to support regional enrolment targets.
• Develop relationships with schools, career leads, local authorities and youth organisations.
• Plan and deliver assemblies, workshops, and career showcases.
• Oversee Open Days, Taster Days, subject showcases and recruitment fairs.
• Coordinate course leaders, technical teams, student staff and external vendors.
• Monitor outreach metrics, lead conversion, and provide insights to leadership.
• Lead annual student ambassador recruitment and training.
