Job summary

Eurocell are recruiting a Regional Operations Partner to lead and drive our branch network across the East Midlands and Lincolnshire, minimising loss and increasing profitability. The role works closely with Regional Managers and Branch Managers to shape action plans, coach teams and ensure strong operational compliance.

You will analyse data, identify risk, implement proactive solutions and role-model our values while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Full driving license is essential.
• Experience in field-based analytical, operational roles.
• Experience in building, merchanting or industrial supplies preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness with an analytical mindset.
• Identify opportunities to minimise loss and increase profit.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.
• Confident IT user and able to use data to create sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive branch and regional action plans to minimise loss and drive sales profit.
• Drive improved operational compliance across branches and the region.
• Support coaching, training and operational activities for teams.
• Support profitability initiatives across the region.
• Investigate profit protection and operational issues; be contact for external agencies.
• Analyse data to identify risk and take proactive mitigation actions.

ROLE: Regional Operations Partner
HOURS: 40 per Week
SALARY: up to £49,000 basic salary per year
BONUS/OTE: Realistic total earning potential of up to £59,000 per year

We are delighted to be recruiting a Regional Operations Partner to join our award-winning trade branch network, to lead and drive our business strategy by minimising loss and increasing profitability across the branch network. Utilising collaborative working relationships between Regional Managers and Branch Managers.

WHAT OUR REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS DO:

• Work collaboratively with the Regional Manager, Branch Managers and other key stakeholders to shape and drive branch and regional action plans to minimise loss and drive sales profit.


• Drive improved operational compliance across branches and the region, providing practical support and guidance where required.


• Support the Regional Manager and branch teams through effective coaching, training and operational activities.


• In conjunction with Regional Manager, support activities relating to profitability across the region.


• Support investigations into profit protection and operational issues and be point of contact for all external agencies thereof.


• Analyse and interpret data in order to identify areas of risk.


• Take timely, proactive action, providing solutions to mitigate risk.


• Role model company values and drive the company's health and safety policy.

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS:

• A full driving license is essential


• Previous experience within field-based analytical, operational role.


• Previous experience within building, merchanting or industrial supplies industry


• Strong commercial awareness, with a strong analytical mindset.


• Accomplished at identifying opportunities to minimise loss and therefore maximising profit.


• Excellent people management, communication and motivational skills.


• A confident IT user and able to utilise data into sales opportunities.
