Eurocell are recruiting a Regional Operations Partner to lead and drive our branch network across Yorkshire, minimising loss and increasing profitability through collaboration with Regional and Branch Managers.

The role is field-based, 40 hours per week, with a salary up to £49,000 and realistic total earnings up to £59,000 including bonus. Benefits include a company car, healthcare cash plan, life assurance at 3x salary, staff discounts, and more.

Qualifications

• A full driving license is essential.
• Experience in field-based analytical/operational role.
• Experience in building, merchanting or industrial supplies industry.
• Strong commercial awareness with an analytical mindset.

• Excellent people management, communication and motivational skills.
• Confident IT user and able to utilise data into sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive branch and regional action plans to minimise loss and drive sales profit.
• Drive operational compliance across branches and the region.
• Support coaching, training and operational activities for branch teams.
• Support profitability across the region in conjunction with Regional Manager.
• Investigate profit protection and be point of contact for external agencies.
• Analyse and interpret data to identify areas of risk.
• Take timely action and provide solutions to mitigate risk.
• Role model company values and drive health and safety policy.

SALARY: up to £49,000 basic salary per year

We are delighted to be recruiting a Regional Operations Partner to join our award-winning trade branch network, to lead and drive our business strategy by minimising loss and increasing profitability across the branch network. Utilising collaborative working relationships between Regional Managers and Branch Managers.

WHAT OUR REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS DO:

• Work collaboratively with the Regional Manager, Branch Managers and other key stakeholders to shape and drive branch and regional action plans to minimise loss and drive sales profit.
• Drive improved operational compliance across branches and the region, providing practical support and guidance where required.
• Support the Regional Manager and branch teams through effective coaching, training and operational activities.
• In conjunction with Regional Manager, support activities relating to profitability across the region.
• Support investigations into profit protection and operational issues and be point of contact for all external agencies thereof.
• Analyse and interpret data in order to identify areas of risk.
• Take timely, proactive action, providing solutions to mitigate risk.
• Role model company values and drive the companies health and safety policy.

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS:
