Job summary

Total Pest Control (UK) Ltd in England is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the West region with ~15 pest control technicians and three team leaders. You will drive regional service delivery, coach teams, maintain client relationships and ensure high standards across operations.

You'll report directly to the directors, have freedom to influence how the business operates, and you'll be supported by a funded NEBOSH General Certificate and a clear progression path within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of RSPH/BPCA Level 2 in Pest Management.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience leading field-based pest control teams.
• Ability to develop and hold team leaders accountable without micromanaging.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing three team leaders and their technicians.
• Overseeing regional service delivery, performance and overdue visits.
• Building relationships with customers and handling operational challenges.
• Supporting surveyors, reviewing technical quality and coordinating job work.
• Developing technician competence and maintaining high standards.
• Leading customer complaints across the business to drive learnings.
