We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join us at Hirebase covering our South region!
(Ideally looking for candidates based along the M4 Corridor)
Regular travel will be required for this role.

We rely on our Regional Operations Managers to create and maintain operational efficiency within the branch network. You'll be supporting branches through training, reviews, and ensuring compliance with operating standards. You'll also maintain and improve the operating system through initiation of system development through change management to business acceptance testing. You'll also collaborate with our central support functions to ensure smooth running of the business. Working in one of our depots you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting in the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.
