My client, a leading provider of workspace solutions with over two decades of industry expertise, is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations across key sites in the Portsmouth area. This role is crucial for ensuring facilities operate efficiently, remain compliant with regulations, and deliver value to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Solid background in facilities or property management across multiple sites with a strong focus on customer service
• In-depth understanding of health & safety legislation and statutory compliance obligations
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage external contractors effectively
• Strong organizational, administrative, and financial management skills, especially regarding maintenance budgets

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe, compliant, and cost-efficient environment across assigned sites
• Supervise and support on-site maintenance staff and manage outsourced service providers
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including gas safety, fire protection, asbestos control, and electrical systems
• Collaborate with center managers to improve occupancy rates, oversee maintenance plans, and enhance operational performance
