My client, a leading provider of workspace solutions with over two decades of industry expertise, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee operations across a key site. This role is crucial for ensuring facilities run efficiently, remain compliant, and deliver value to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Solid background in facilities or property management across multiple sites with a strong focus on customer service
• In-depth understanding of health & safety legislation and statutory compliance obligations
• Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams and manage external contractors to high standards
• Strong skills in organisation, administration, and financial control, particularly around maintenance budgets

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe, compliant, and cost-efficient environment across the assigned site
• Supervise and support on-site maintenance staff while managing outsourced service providers
• Ensure full adherence to statutory requirements including gas safety, fire protection, asbestos control, and electrical systems
• Work closely with centre managers to enhance occupancy rates, oversee maintenance plans, and drive overall operational performance
