Job summary

BELFOR UK Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to lead restoration and reinstatement services across the UK. You will drive profitability, oversee WIP, manage regional teams, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering value to clients.

The role requires travel, strong budgeting and contractor management, and the ability to win new opportunities through effective leadership and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Regular reviews with field teams to ensure processes are followed.
• Provide a monthly report on your region.
• Work alongside the CDM co-ordinator to ensure compliance under CDM regs.
• Attend customer reviews and audits where necessary.
• Build regional business opportunities and support sales in client meetings.
• Exceed monthly income targets and manage scope authorisations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on budget and on time with a prime focus on cost control.
• Manage program of works on large, complex claims including start/finish dates.
• Assist with development of the service offering and upsell opportunities.
• Undertake field surveys and share information with all stakeholders.
• Ensure timely escalation of on-site issues in line with FCA guidelines.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure company vehicle presentation and maintenance.
