Job summary

Cera Care is seeking an Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple branches, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance across the region. You will travel regularly, support Registered Managers, monitor performance, and drive financial targets while fostering a people-driven culture.

The role requires leadership across operations, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement to grow services and improve outcomes for service users.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across branches.
• Proven experience managing multiple services or teams within health and social care or domiciliary care.
• Experience developing services and driving growth within a regulated care environment.
• Demonstrable experience of developing and managing budgets across dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple branches, ensuring consistency and high quality service delivery.
• Monitor service performance including care hours, utilisation, staff turnover, and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and operational reviews, driving performance improvement.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective action plans.
• Support service mobilisation, new package set-ups, and contract implementations.
