Job summary

IntraHealth Ltd is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager and drive performance across the Cheshire & Lancashire region. You will coordinate services and enhance contract delivery across the care contracts.

Ideal candidates will have NHS knowledge, demonstrated project and people management experience, and a full UK driving licence with willingness to travel between offices and across the UK.

Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent experience with a demonstrable track record in project and people management.
• Knowledge and experience of the NHS.
• Full UK driving licence; willing and able to travel between the three offices and anywhere in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager and contracts across the Cheshire & Lancashire region.
• Organise and co-ordinate services and improve performance and productivity across care contracts.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth running of regional offices and effective service delivery.
