Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to cover Barnstaple, Bude and Bideford on a permanent basis. The role includes non-technical repairs, minor PPMs, and assisting with planned and reactive maintenance of electrical and mechanical plant across sites in the designated region.

The position offers a £30K salary for a 40-hour week, with travel time paid after half an hour each way, OT rates, a company pension scheme (matched up to 5%), private healthcare, and various

Qualifications

• City & Guilds / NVQ trade qualification (Carpentry / Plumbing / Roofing) preferred.
• Experience in building maintenance within a commercial/retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist other Technicians with maintenance work.
• Complete PPMs and reactive maintenance schedules on time and document paperwork.
• Respond to service requests from Helpdesk and assess repair requirements.
• Prioritise and complete minor maintenance within agreed timescales.
