Regional Microscopy Sales Engineer – Oxford Instruments Andor

The Regional Microscopy Sales Engineer will combine application and market knowledge with your sales skills to build a strong territory presence within the UK region. The successful candidate will develop new business and achieve sales targets for the BC43 spinning disk confocal microscope. This position is based from home in the UK with business travel to customers at least 50% of the time with a total of 30% overnight travel. International travel is also required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and achieve sales targets for the BC43 spinning disk confocal microscope within the UK region.
• Combine application knowledge and market contacts in the microscopy community with sales skills to build territory presence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in life science or equivalent experience in a life science discipline
• 3 years' experience of confocal microscopy sales
• Extensive research/laboratory experience OR significant experience using fluorescence microscopy for biological research

Travel and Work Location

Based from home in the UK with travel to customers at least 50% of the time; total of 30% overnight travel. International travel also required.
