Job summary

Citygate Automotive Ltd is seeking an experienced Regional Master Technician to provide high-quality technical support across multiple workshops in the region. The role is mobile, involving travel between sites to troubleshoot complex diagnostics and ensure repairs meet Citygate standards.

You will mentor junior technicians, share knowledge, and stay current with manufacturer guidance and EV trends. A recognised Master Technician accreditation and a UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised manufacturer Master Technician accreditation.
• Be a Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician with significant diagnostic and technical experience.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel between Citygate locations.
• Extensive experience diagnosing and resolving complex faults across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible technical support across multiple Citygate locations.
• Undertake complex diagnostics to identify root causes and effective repairs.
• Support workshop teams and escalate complex repairs as needed.
• Carry out servicing and maintenance per manufacturer guidelines.
• Mentor apprentices and develop less experienced technicians.
