Citygate Automotive Ltd is seeking an experienced Regional Master Technician to provide high-quality technical support across multiple workshops in the region. The role is mobile, involving travel between sites to troubleshoot complex diagnostics and ensure repairs meet Citygate standards.
You will mentor junior technicians, share knowledge, and stay current with manufacturer guidance and EV trends. A recognised Master Technician accreditation and a UK driving licence are essential.
We are seeking an experienced a Regional Master Technician to provide high-quality technical support across multiple Citygate locations.
This is a varied and mobile role, offering the opportunity to use your advanced technical expertise across a range of workshops, brands and vehicle models. You will act as a key point of technical support, assisting sites with complex diagnostics, challenging repairs and technical issues that require Master Technician-level knowledge and experience.
Working across a designated group of locations, you will provide flexible support based on business and workshop requirements, helping to maintain productivity, reduce diagnostic delays and ensure vehicles are repaired to the highest possible standards.
As a Regional Master Technician, you will also play an important role in supporting and developing other technicians, sharing your knowledge and providing guidance and coaching to less experienced members of the workshop teams.
