We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Regional Marketing Business Partner to support our venues in Scotland & North East England.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be the primary owner of marketing plans for your assigned venues, driving towards local and national revenue targets and aligning with the General Managers' business plans and focus areas.
As our Regional Marketing Business Partner, you will:
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to understand the national business strategy and ensure relevant campaigns are executed and maximized locally.
- Collaborate with General Managers to develop local marketing plans across all customer segments, bringing venue propositions to life, addressing local challenges, and achieving venue targets. Provide consultancy on marketing approaches, success metrics, and share ideas with the central team for estate-wide rollout.
- Build a trusted business partner relationship with General Managers as the subject matter expert and driver of local marketing initiatives.
- Support casino General Managers in facilitating events and hospitality for high-value customers, aligned with company policies and the HVC marketing team.
- Liaise with slots, poker, and sports marketing managers to incorporate their expertise into local marketing plans.
- Engage with suppliers and agencies to source resources and materials at a local level.
- Ensure venue plans are created consistently across locations.
- Conduct ROI analysis on local promotions and activities to measure success and enable activity replication.
- Seek support and training to ensure local marketing compliance with regulations.
- Work with the central marketing team to align local activities with the wider brand strategy.
- Maintain brand standards across all channels, including in-venue and social media.
- Coordinate with the national marketing calendar and ensure its implementation at local venues.
- Ensure HVC activity aligns with strategy and support HVC campaigns and engagement efforts.
- Complete required SG & AML training for HVC activities.
- Represent the marketing team at the club level to promote brand vision and operational alignment.
- Engage with wider marketing functions including PR, social media, CRM, and promotions to create engaging retail content.
- Develop relationships with Retail Operations, General Managers, and online/mobile teams.
- Bring best-in-class retail marketing practices to Grosvenor.
- Act as a brand ambassador within venues, ensuring compliance with all legal and social responsibility standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in hospitality, leisure, or multi-venue business.
- Proven retail marketing innovator with experience creating and delivering strategies.
- Experience leading retail marketing strategies.
- Excellent communicator capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in innovative brand teams with a record of success.
- Knowledge of the leisure and gaming sector is an advantage.
- Experience in customer-led environments.
- Ability to drive change and make a difference.
- Deep understanding of retail channel environments.
- Experience delivering High Value Customer activities.
- Proficient in ROI analysis and marketing project management.
- Marketing qualification is helpful but not essential.
- Resilient, effective under pressure, and able to handle stressful situations.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel within the Grosvenor Estate, including overnight stays.
