Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Key Account & Market Access Specialist focused on launching a new epilepsy product in South West England and Wales. This highly visible, field-based role will involve shaping and executing local market access plans while working closely with NHS stakeholders to ensure optimal patient access.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in sales or market access, strong relationships within NHS structures, and the ability to communicate product value. A degree in life sciences or a related discipline is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Sales, Market Access, or NHS-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of NHS England and NHS Wales structures.
• Proven ability to influence payers and secure regional or local access.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver regional market access strategy for a new epilepsy product.
• Secure freedom to prescribe through funding and formulary inclusion.
• Build relationships with NHS budget holders, payers, and decision-makers.
