Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Regional Managing Director, you will:

  • Launch and lead in the United Kingdom: Acquire the regional master license for the United Kingdom, giving you exclusive rights to the region.
  • Recruit and guide Franchise Partners: Build and mentor a network of skilled business mentors, ensuring their success as independent Franchise Partners.
  • Drive SME growth: Help SMEs achieve transformational results, contributing to the region’s economic development.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Implement targeted campaigns to engage SMEs and promote your services.
  • Collaborate with local and global peers: Share insights and best practices with thexton armstrong’s local and international network.

What we’re looking for

Experience:

  • General management background or expertise in two or more functional areas (sales, marketing, finance, business development, or consulting) or,
  • Proven success as an independent consultant, coach, or business owner.
  • Familiarity with SMEs, ideally with B2B experience in the United Kingdom.

Skills:

  • Strong business acumen: Deep understanding of business operations and strategy.
  • Entrepreneurial drive: Confident and motivated to take risks for significant rewards.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build networks, and foster partnerships.
  • Tenacity and grit: Perseverance to overcome challenges and meet ambitious goals. You thrive on challenges and enjoy meeting ambitious goals.
  • Curiosity: A people-oriented mindset, open to new ideas, and eager to collaborate.
  • Responsive and communicative

Requirements:

  • A solid, relevant professional network in the United Kingdom.
  • Financial resources to acquire the (Master) franchise license and fund the launch & growth of your business.
