Job summary

Insurcomm Restoration is seeking a results‑driven Regional Manager to own and grow a multi‑site operation across the New Hampshire & Maine market. Lead from the front, hold teams accountable, and drive sustainable revenue with corporate backing and local autonomy.

You will oversee daily operations across locations, develop local leadership, and nurture customer and referral relationships to improve margins, cycle times, and conversions while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of operations or field leadership experience in restoration, construction, disaster recovery, or related property services.
• Demonstrated success managing branch or site‑level P&L with margin growth.
• Ability to balance hands‑on field execution with structured management across multiple locations.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasts, and profitability focus.
• Proven ability to develop frontline teams and drive accountability.
• Excellent communication skills and external-partner relationship management.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day operations across up to three branch locations with a focus on service excellence, safety, and compliance.
• Drive top‑line growth and improve job‑level margins, cycle times, and conversion rates.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L for assigned locations with accountability for outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, carriers, property managers, and commercial accounts.
