Job summary

PTSG Group is seeking a skilled Labourer to join its maintenance team on a dedicated contract across the North of England. The role involves a range of general building repairs on commercial sites, from Coventry to Liverpool and Newcastle, with a focus on quality finishes.

You will perform day-to-day maintenance tasks, handle basic joinery, painting, tile replacements, lighting changes, and site upkeep. A practical, hands-on approach with reliability and pride in work is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid background in property or building maintenance (multi-skilled handyman level).
• Willingness to travel across the North of England and Midlands.

Responsibilities

• Basic joinery and repairs.
• Painting and patch plastering.
• Replacing ceiling tiles, glass panels, and carpet tiles.
• Changing light bulbs and small electrical fittings.
• General property upkeep and minor remedial work.
