Otis in Scotland is seeking a Regional Service Technician to maintain and service elevator and escalator units, ensuring safety and reliability for passengers and stakeholders.

You will be based in Scotland, covering Edinburgh or Glasgow, working with a skilled team and using electronic and digital tools to diagnose problems, perform preventive maintenance, and support with complex repairs.

Qualifications

• Must hold NVQ 4 in Elevators.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong knowledge of electricity and electrical engineering.
• Safety must be the priority in all tasks.
• Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Comfortable working solo or as part of a team.
• Proficient with electronic and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert on lift problems and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with other branches to diagnose highly complex issues.
• Provide coaching and development to others on technical issues.
