Purosearch Ltd is seeking a Regional Manager (Children's Residential) for the North West region with travel across the area. The role oversees specialist homes, leads Registered Managers, and ensures top care quality and regulatory compliance.

The position requires strong leadership, trauma-informed care understanding, and extensive experience in staff leadership, performance, and financial management. A supportive, coaching leadership style is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' leadership experience within residential childcare.
• Proven multi-site management with track record of improving services.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight of specialist childrens homes across the North West region.
• Lead, support and develop a team of Registered Managers.
• Ensure highest standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
• Promote continuous improvement and best outcomes for young people and local authorities.
• Manage budgets and drive financial performance across the region.
