Qualifications

• Experience identifying and negotiating land purchases.
• Understanding of commercial aspects of land buying, including contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of development pipeline across the region.
• Negotiate land purchases with various vendors (private homeowners, public sector, businesses).
• Spend significant time visiting sites with a valid UK Driving Licence.
